Sardar Shams Khan (also known as Shamsa Sudhan) was the chief of Sudhan Pathan tribe and groverner of Poonch, at the time of Aap-raji or Self-rule (just before the foundation of modern state of Jammu and Kashmir by Gulab Singh).
